The first bloom has arrived!!
The first bloom is always exciting- Spring is here! My wait is nearly over, my eagerness for the house-filling beauty that Spring provides is quickly approaching fruition! Soon I will be running out of vases (one of the best problems my little flower-hoarder heart could possibly think to have) and running out of places to put those vases full of flowers in the house (another of the best problems possible in life).
Equally exciting is that so many more are on their way. The buds are really starting to swell- to the point where you can see if the large petals will be white or yellow.
After what seems like a long winter, we are grateful and eager for the burst of color and beauty that is about to unfurl on our little slice of heaven.
